At Elemental Allies, we want you to love your handcrafted crystal jewelry. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and repair policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind: Customers may return items for a full refund within:
    • 14 days of purchase for national orders.
    • 45 days of purchase for international orders.
  • Damaged in Transit: If your wire wrapping or stone arrives damaged or broken, you must provide proof that the damage occurred during shipping.

3. Free Repair Policy

We offer free repairs for wire-wrapped jewelry under the following conditions:

  • If the wire wrapping is damaged or the crystal/stone becomes loose, you may send it back for repair.
  • You must still have the original crystal or stone for the repair to be eligible.
  • If the crystal or stone itself is damaged or lost, this repair service does not apply.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the repair.
  • This repair service is available for 3 years after the original purchase date.

4. How to Request a Refund or Repair

To request a refund or repair, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at elementalallies@outlook.com with your order number and request details.
  • If requesting a refund for a damaged item, include clear photos of the damage and original packaging.
  • For repairs, confirm that you still have the original crystal or stone before shipping it back.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

5. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition (excluding transit damage cases).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of transit damage.
  • Refunds are processed only after we receive the returned item (if applicable).

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
